All the maps in Black Ops 6 are designed for large and medium-sized engagements, featuring three-lane pathways for player movement. The multiplayer maps have been meticulously crafted by the Call of Duty developers to ensure a fun and accessible experience for all players. Black Ops 6 is a fast-paced shooter, with diverse environments and streets ideal for close-quarters combat as well as long-range sniping.
Main Maps in BO6 Multiplayer 6v6
BO6 Babylon 6v6
This map features a historical setting in the ruins of an ancient city. Players can climb on crumbling columns, camp, and crawl under ancient structures. For effective BO6 gameplay in Babylon multiplayer map, I recommend being flexible, flanking around the central altar, playing near the chapel or warehouse, and if you prefer intense combat, charge into the center of the map.
BO6 Derelict 6v6
Set deep in the mountains, this CoD BO6 Derelict map has numerous trains surrounded by lush forests. You can run along the NAR railway, which serves as a main ambush point for Rogue Black Ops and Crimson One, where deadly encounters await.
BO6 Lowtown 6v6
Located by a river, this BO6 Lowtown 6v6 map features boats, a fishing shed, a cobbler's workshop, and an art gallery. Players will encounter classic and modern art. Active battles can occur in the market and near the pizzeria. You can escape enemies through the canal and sewer, using these locations to flank opponents.
BO6 Payback 6v6
This map is situated in the mountains of Bulgaria and serves as a Rogue Black Ops stronghold under attack. Your objective is to breach this stronghold and explore the panels and operating room in the main residence. BO6 Payback is an engaging map equipped with elevations and windows for strategic fire.
BO6 Protocol 6v6
Located by the ocean, this map serves as both a training ground and a stronghold for war. It features barracks, armories, and an underground communication monitoring center. The old architecture in BO6 Protocol provides an engaging fighting for Rogue Black Ops and Crimson One, where you can set up your own skirmishes.
BO6 Red Card 6v6
One of my favorite maps in BO6 MP, Red Card takes you from the main entrance of the stadium to the stands of a football field. Active fights can occur in the lobbies near prime seating. Battles may also take place outside and in the parking lot, making SMGs or ARs particularly effective here.
BO6 Rewind 6v6
This map, Liberty Shopping Plaza in Liberty Falls, West Virginia, offers a dynamic layout suitable for both close-quarters combat and longer-range engagements. Players can connect through various shops and video rental stores, and it has several key objectives in BO6 Rewind.
BO6 Scud 6v6
On this BO6 Multiplayer Scud map, you'll definitely want a Sniper rifle and an AR. It is designed for long-distance play, so equip appropriate attachments. Set in a desert military outpost after a devastating attack, players navigate damaged satellite dishes and nearby buildings, with the air thick with smoke. For campers, I recommend hiding in the bunker or headquarters, while aggressive players should flank through trenches. Snipers can take advantage of the satellite dish's 360-degree view.
BO6 Skyline 6v6
A beautifully designed map featuring a pool and jacuzzi in the center, Skyline is great for snipers. I recommend bringing an AR or SMG. Snipers can take positions on the roof of the luxurious resort, while SMG users should navigate through the living room, kitchen, gym, or bravely sprint across the pool. There's also a secret room in the dungeon for surprising enemies. I’ve spent countless hours on this BO6 Skyline map and highly recommend it, hoping to see it in BO6 ranked play.
BO6 Subsonic 6v6
This map features close-quarters combat in a small bombing center and the surrounding streets. You'll recognize it by the plane in the central hangar and another plane on fire outside, near an overturned truck. I suggest on BO6 Subsonic multiplayer map using an AR or LMG and staying behind cover to avoid threats from above.
BO6 Vault 6v6
Located in a desert surrounded by sculptures, this CoD BO6 Vault map has a trophy room in the central palace, which features a stunning atrium. The open access to the vault adds an exciting element. I recommend bringing an SMG and a knife, as battles here are bound to be intense.
BO6 Vorkuta 6v6
Covered in snow, this map was once a Soviet labor camp. All teams will recognize the historical significance of Mason's location. You’ll need to fight for key tactical positions. After many hours on this map, I recommend bringing an AR or LMG, and for those who prefer single shots, a marksman rifle is a good choice. Ensure your weapon is fully equipped with attachments and leveled up for optimal performance. The BO6 multiplayer map features old machinery with both internal and external pathways, so stay alert to secure victory.

BO6 Gala Strike 2v2/6v6
This small map in Washington, D.C. is ideal for bot lobbies. It features numerous American flags and a central stage, with cozy areas for Black Ops 6 campers. Active battles can take place in the bar, cloakroom, and near the stands. Every step matters on this compact Gala BO6 map—get in there and secure the win!
BO6 Pit Strike 2v2/6v6
Set in an underground mining tunnel, this BO6 small map is perfect for SMGs with silencers. The curved pathways and mining carts offer great hiding spots. Expect constant action, so be prepared.
BO6 Strikeout 2v2/6v6
In this Mediterranean map, your objective is to breach a small room by navigating through a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Make sure to take an SMG with a high-capacity magazine.
